G. Fergus
President & CEO
Bill has extensive communications and research experience in
the pharmaceutical medical device markets. Prior to founding
The Willow Group, Inc. in 1994, Mr. Fergus served as Director
of Pharmacy Programs at Jobson Publishing, Director of Medical
Education Programs at Maclean Hunter Medical Communications,
and Publisher at Romaine Pierson Publishers, Inc., where he also
served on the Executive Committee. As a Member of the Marketing Research Association, Bill has experience
in both healthcare and consumer research initiatives. Healthcare
experience includes ethical pharmaceuticals, hospital alternate
site equipment and supplies providers, Managed Care Organizations,
OEM Medical Device manufacturers, and diagnostics. Mr. Fergus is
a member of the Midwest Healthcare Marketing Association. |

Jan
Peonski
Chief Operating Officer Jan has more than 25 years experience in Information Technology
and Operations, including strategic planning, large-scale project
implementation, and workflow integration and efficiency. Her
experience will align solutions in accordance with their position
within the Physician life cycle, and ensure suitable methodologies
and technologies are utilized to match client needs with customer
capabilities. Jan is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's
Association. |

Uwe
Hohgrawe, PhD
Senior Vice President, Market Research
Uwe has an extensive qualitative and quantitative Market Research
background in pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer global
studies. He has held various Market Research roles for Sandoz
AG (Novartis) in Nuremberg, Germany, GfK Healthcare in Nuremberg,
Germany, Johnson and Johnson/Janssen Strategic Marketing in Beerse,
Belgium, and most recently Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical
Group Strategic Marketing in Raritan, New Jersey. Mr. Hohgrawe
holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from University Wuppertal
Germany, and also lectures on Market Research at Universities
in Germany and the USA. Uwe served as Vice-President and President of EphMRA (Global MR
association) and presented on a regular basis on Market Research
and Competitive Intelligence issues during meetings and conferences
in Europe and the USA. |

Eileen Kelly
Vice President, Market Research
Eileen has over 25 years of experience as a consultant,
leading qualitative and quantitative custom research engagements
in health and personal care. She has managed diverse types of projects
such as new product development, segmentation, brand equity and advertising
research. Prior to joining The Willow Group, Eileen held management
positions at GfK, Synovate and NFO Research where she directed large
domestic and multi-country research tracking programs as well as
complex ad hoc projects. Eileen holds a Master’s Degree from
the City University of New York, has completed her doctoral coursework
in Educational Psychology and Research at Fordham University and
has taught research methods and statistics at the college level. |

Patti
Braithwaite
Project Supervisor Patti provides day-to-day management of project logistics and
internal management. She brings more than 15 years experience
in client service and project management to The Willow Group.
Her uncompromising focus on understanding project objectives
and attention to detail assure satisfactory completion of project
deliverables on time as promised. Patti is a member of Meeting
Professionals International. |
